We’re proud to recognize Stephen Pollan, CEO of QubitHR, and the QubitHR team for their participation in the NDIA First Coast Chapter SOAR STEM & Trades Career Symposium.

QubitHR leaders and scholarship recipients recognized on stage during the NDIA First Coast SOAR STEM & Trades Career Symposium.
The event brought together more than 600 high school students from across Northeast Florida for a day focused on workforce readiness, hands-on exploration, and real-world career pathways. From the Success Studio experience to direct engagement with industry leaders, the symposium connected students with tangible opportunities in STEM and skilled trades.
We are especially grateful for the public recognition shared by the NDIA First Coast Chapter, highlighting QubitHR’s contribution not only through on-site leadership and engagement, but also as one of the largest contributors to the 2026 Scholarship Fund supporting future innovators and trades professionals.

Carrie Young, Director of Sales, and Stephen Pollan, CEO of QubitHR, representing QubitHR at the SOAR Symposium.
At QubitHR, we believe leadership extends beyond the workplace. Supporting educational initiatives, investing in community partnerships, and helping build stronger talent pipelines reflect the long-term view we take in our work. Strong organizations and strong communities are built the same way — through clarity, access, and opportunity.
This is what it looks like when business leans in to help shape what comes next.
A sincere thank you to the NDIA First Coast Chapter, the educators, organizers, and partners who made SOAR possible, and to the students who brought energy, curiosity, and ambition to the day.
We are honored to stand alongside leaders who are committed to strengthening the future workforce of our region.
Leadership doesn’t just drive performance. It creates possibility.
